Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All purchases are also covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.

What Can Be Returned?

✅ Items that are damaged or defective on arrival

✅ Items that don't match the listing description

✅ Items you changed your mind about (within 30 days, unused)

✅ Wrong item received

❌ Items that have been used, damaged by buyer, or missing original packaging (unless defective)

Message us on eBay or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

We'll provide return instructions. For defective items, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, buyer pays return shipping.

Full refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunded to your original payment method via eBay.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in acceptable condition:

• eBay refund: 3–5 business days

• PayPal refund: 1–3 business days

• Credit/Debit card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

3. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
